Good enjoyed this.
At the age of 82 t his was a difficult course to go through because It takes more time than the younger persons need to take things in. It is also a course for employers and employees and not really for the the elderly who in a volunteer role for one hour a month. This course took me two hours to complete.

Very useful reflective exercises and pertinent examples used to highlight points and explain terms. The best such training I have come across at a work setting.
Interesting videos to put the scenario in to examples, helps you pay attention and learn more.
Even though this is a short course, I was able to learn a lot of helpful information, which will help me in the future. I felt that this course was very interesting and not boring one bit. I loved the tests at the end which was just the icing on the cake for me.
