As an amputee, I disagree with an amputation being classed as visible disability. I wear a prosthetic and half of my office have no idea of my disability.
It would be better use of resources to focus on individuals with a problem in this area such as HR partners who seem to think it is acceptable to make crass anti-English comments in formal meetings.
