The course tackled subjects related to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion which we are all aware of, but which we don't necessarily talk about/challenge ourselves over our own actions, or talk about openly with colleagues. In that respect, I found it was good that it made me think about what I say and do (and others) particularly related to the workplace. It re-enforced a lot of what I believe I try to do consistently, but also made me question myself over some things that perhaps I should think more about/handle in a slightly different manner.

I am really enjoying doing these training courses..... and I never thought I'd say that!

I learned a lot about harassment and the inclusion of transgender as a relatively new protected characteristic was helpful.

Learned a lot during the course and made me aware of things I hadn't really thought about before. Enjoyed the summaries at the end of each chunk.

I found the sound way too low and struggled to hear the training despite the volume being set as high as possible.

Really good coverage of a complex topic. Always like the way in which iHasco structure their training modules.
