The presenters are excellent communicators, clear and concise. It is a big subject so having the module broken down into short sections, written confirmation, simple examples and lots of resources to look up or refer to is very helpful.

This training has increased my awareness of my colleague's experiences, and how I can actively contribute and support a positive work environment and culture. It explains the importance of the Equality Act and company policies. It also highlights the importance of continual reflection and self education in bringing about equality and equity

The course is good but the website for me is difficult .

An excellent guide to protected characteristics and the definitions of equity, equality, diversity and inclusion. A really good refresher course and lots of more indepth material to read where required.

The course was thorough and it was pitched at the right level for my learning( some parts I knew and other parts were new learning. The breaks were a good idea. I did feel under pressure when I got a question incorrect to ensure that I go the rest correct.
