The is an example of taking problems in the workplace and overcomplicating the training with too many variants and unrequired pigeon holes. There was many contradicting areas in this training that showed in the questions. I eventually lost interest in this section if I'm honest.
I really enjoyed this training format. The presenters are very clear and the follow up written summaries or quizzes really help us remembering the important points.

I appreciated the way the information was presented and using different forms of delivering the information, videos, text and actors. This helped to maintain focus.

I like the way the courses are presented - each section is not too long so it maintains your interest. As an aside, am I the only person to have noticed that in the video scenarios it seemed that the guilty party was always the white middle class male? Rather ironic I thought, given that stereotyping was an integral part of the discrimination presentation.
We should all be considerate and understanding of other people and their differences - we are all unique and equal.
