EDI – Must have course for MOLA employees - Please can we include this as part of induction or as early as possible. We recently held an EMBED review of EDI at MOLAGood supplementary materials.If you click on supplementary links, it sometimes logs you out of course and you have to go back and log in again.Breaks scheduled into training – good.Total course time is 60 minutes but subject requires some thought and reflection. As HR professionals it is familiar territory but for others a significant part of course will be new information.A slip of the finger meant I submitted an incorrect answer on a subject matter I knew the answer to – I didn’t review the subject content because of this and so wasn’t presented with the question again. This led to a 95% score instead of 100%. This was frustrating as would have liked the opportunity to retake and correct. This is a personal niggle.
