I was able to learn more of the differences between Equality, Equity, and Inclusion. It covers a wide range of learning that i was able to know from this training.
Although I am very aware of Equality and diversity and inclusion within my role. I haven't been made aware of Equity before. So was nice to have a training course that allowed me to learn new things
This course is well presented and explains everything to do with workplace Equality, Inclusion and Diversity in an easy to understand format.
A good and very interesting training course that will help in the way I interact with people I work with. Excellent training tool.
