I found this coarse very helpful in recognising the different types of discrimination and to stop and think how this can effect everyone in the work place.

Good coverage of legislation, best practice and protected characteristics Overall a valuable refresher with lots of useful additional resources Did not cover (maybe deliberately avoided) some of the more contentious issues that businesses may face, e.g. access to single sex spaces Some of the test questions not very well designed
