Thought provoking

A good reminder about how we need to think about how we would feel. How important it is that work colleagues feel valued.

excellent

The course is timed at 60 minutes, the content is superb and broken down into 3 sections, until you start you don't realise how much information is given and I would say even with breaks it took me 2 hours. If it is valued surely this should be in directed time and at the beginning of a year.

mostly cleaar and concise

Got a question wrong because i agreed a person should be given a break in the workplace if their religion or beliefs mean they need some time to perform these. However i also felt they should not be expected to make up the time by staying late or missing a break or lunch as this could also be seen as discrimination. The person is being penalised by expecting them to stay late just because they took time out to perform a religious expectation or a belief. I got the question wrong but i felt it was double loaded - two qustions in one. My intincts were correct and they should not have been penalised. The question wasnt really clear and concise, it felt like a trick question.

Again clear, concise and effective.

The inclusion of extra materials is really useful. I'd recommend this series of courses to my employer. Being picky, the well-groomed (mostly 20s to 30s) cast in the various scenes are obviously actors, and more typical of a London ad agency than the provincial organisations in the service sectors many of us work in.

Ver informative

A good course. Very interesting and learnt a lot from it. But I felt it was a little too long. There’s a lot of information and additional content to take in
