Great for new starters like myself!

As a visual learner it was a really good session! I love that breaks are encouraged during the module to stop feeling demotivated and the video examples are so easy to follow!

Covers the understanding

There are a few things in the training about discrimination that need to be changed. Main on was in section 2 about education discrimination. Only asking for UK based qualifications isn't discrimination on race as multiple races have excess to the education. I'm unsure how to class it but it isn't race.

ever growingly important

This course covered an ever growingly important issue in the area of the workplace and elsewhere

5/5
Inappropriate characterisation

On at least two occasions a white middle aged actor was used to portray negative workplace behaviours. One was particularly offensive as it indicated a leering expression in the context of a younger (female) colleagues possible sexual orientation. This I consider unacceptable when the point of this course is to encourage equality, diversity and inclusion and just serves to demonstrate that discrimination can take a wide range of forms. A case of unconscious bias?
