The course was really enjoyable, interesting and easy to follow. There is a lot of information for all the sections covered and highlighted. There is something for everyone and covers well known policies and procedures as well as not so well known within the workplace. too.

It was easy to understand as well as being really encouraging and positive. It was quite long though and tricky to fit into a busy working week

Really enjoyed this training! I found it very informative and the examples were easy to follow and understand.

This, for me was the most thought provoking of the training I have done so far; as often discrimination can be made through lack of thought and ignorance of people's individual backgrounds, faiths and personal situations. So the acronym ACT I think is really an important one for progress to truly be made in improving Equality, Diversity and Inclusion for all.

There was a lot to take in, although mots of it was not new. Well presented and clear and concise information.

Whilst apposite, this lengthy module lacks the clarity of some other units. Whilst attempting to navigate the complexities of the EDI landscape, it is heavy on complex detail and compromised by a rather 'preaching' tone in places. The requirement to take a 'test' at the end also undermines the strong and nuanced emphasis in the closing slides on 'developing awareness' rather than 'right and wrong' responses.
