This was a useful reminder of the issues around Equality. I serve wide-ranging residents and visitors in the Library including people with health-related issues. It is helpful to understand what the law says and know what constitutes bad treatment in terms of harassment and victimisation.
Every one is equal in the work place and should be treated the same and respected

i agree with most of the course but the section on pronouns simply baffles me, at no point do I intend to start calling a single person they or them, at no point will I refer to someone as hiz or whatever the ridiculous name word was. We spend too mush time worrying about sexual orientation, just be friendly and nice to all people and stop over complicating things
