As a manager you wear so many different hats and deal with so many different people and cultures, useful course.

Course seemed straight forward & well presented. Most of the questions just needed common sense to answer however I thought a couple of the questions could have had 2 correct answers.
I learned how to be more mindful of peoples pronouns and gender identity, how to correctly report harassment and discrimination and how to be more mindful of peoples feelings

While it is useful to know you encourage people to be good to one another, I found this course to be personally a bit preachy and came across extremely insincere. I think good people will be good and know to keep respectful within a work environment unless they're genuinely just bad people. I agree that people should respect each other and their own beliefs / identities. But this course was just not that good.

Question set effective which tested and confirmed knowledge and understanding. Thank you.
It was quite a lot of info to absorb in one sitting so appreciated the breaks. Perhaps it could be set in 2 sessions with relevant quiz questions for 1st session and the same in the 2nd session.
