Very interesting course, well presented, kept me focused throughout. Have done quite a few IHasco courses and always find them really useful.
For my job role this course was unnecessary. The questions ranged from "ridiculous" to "requiring an in-depth knowledge". A discussion with colleagues would have been more productive.

The world is ever changing and unfortunately some people do not reflect and accept the changes that are necessary, so it is vitally important that through learning and understanding, changes are adopted in order that everyone is treated, fairly, equally and the same. The course was an hour long but covered all related topics of Equality, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and I found it interesting, informative and enjoyable.
The course was presented in an accessible manner and used language which was easy to understand.
