This was a good introductory training package which covered the major issues. I would suggest that one or two of the questions could be more tightly framed but overall it achieved the aim. Thank you.

Really easy to follow and an enjoyable course.
It covered what it intended. I was very upset that Hebrew was not offered as a language. This would be a natural choice for some people. It is ironic on an EDI course that Hebrew, the language of the world's only Jewish country, is not offered. I don't feel that my choice of language has been included , nor that I have been treated equally as other people who were offered their preferred language.

I had some sound quality issues at the start / freezing but this settled. Lots of info to take in and reflect on all put over in a pleasant way.
Made a complex subject easy to understand in an interesting way.
I learnt a lot in a very succinct,professional manner.
