A well presented course, easy to follow, although a lot to take in, I found it better reading the transcript in addition to listening to the host. Just a few spelling mistakes.
The course was comprehensive in the topics it covered, explanations provided and supporting materials for further learning. Only downside is that the test was very easy so not a good assessment of how much one had learnt.
This training course really is designed to help you to put yourself in another person's shoes, thus showing real empathy. I particularly enjoyed the stereotyping exercise, very effective!
