Clear directions and easy to follow, could be a little more interactive
The course provided a lot of information and educated me in areas I wasn't entirely familiar with

The course was very insightful to guide us on how to modify our behaviour to ensure all our colleagues have the most positive experiences possible in the workplace. It does focus a lot on people being physically together in the workplace, so it would help to include a focus on remote teams too.
I have attended similar courses before. This was by far the best one I have seen. It was good that it was split into segments. The presentations were clear. The examples were based on real life situations and provided advice.
A clear presentation focusing on you as an individual and how you would feel if you were subject to any of the topics covered. it makes you think when the victim could be you. Very well presented and easy to understand. I found the presentation a positive experience despite the fact it was covering negative topics/situations.
