Covered topics I hadn't thought about/had an awareness of. Particularly the transgender area & related terminology, the course was very informative.
Considering the subject matter of this course I do not think the questions are worded as user friendly. Somewhat confusing in fact.
Found it very useful, lots of words explained and meanings of them. Liked the breaks set out which gave me time to reflect on what I had learnt so I wasn't rushing through it.
Useful reminder how employees at ideal workplace should be treated.
As a gay 59 year old man, I felt "old" people were shown in a negative way, looking stressed in front of a screen, or only in a 1 on 1 picture and never part of a large team meeting. Lots and lots of 20-30 year old diverse good looking people, smiling having fun, vs old person with clip board looking serious. Given the NHS now ask everyone before treatment if they are pregnant I thought the images used weren't inclusive in the pregnancy section.
Good explanation of legal definitions / protected characteristics. A detailed course with lots of information to take on board.
