I like them all except the diversity I find a bit too long.

A lot to take in

The course is a real question asker, and brings to the fore, the issues that I, as a straight, middle aged, degree educated white man have for the most part never experienced. Lucky me! However I have experienced mild racism because of my Irish surname and heritage, but I would grade that as 0.5/10 compared to others who I have witnessed discrimination against. The only statement I disagree with is I believe is contained in slide 23, I believe. It states that our gender is assigned to us at birth. This does fly in the face of science. Gender, whether we like it or not, is assigned at a genetic level when fertilisation occurs, that is for better or worse. I have no agenda on the issue as I have no religious beliefs, but accuracy is important. If found the course very interesting and gave much food for thought.
