Thank you very much the course and materials are both comprehensive and informative.
This training is a great introduction to EDI and assumes no previous knowledge. I also like it when the answers in tests aren't easy to guess and require you to have paid attention to the learning content - I'm being rewarded for giving an important topic the time it deserves and not just skimming through as a tick-box exercise! I think more people should undergo this training! The world would be a much better and easier place if we were all more understanding and considerate of each other.

long course but ok with taking breaks
Easy to listen, bite size chunks plus breaks were a great idea. Well explained and graphics supported the narrative. Excellent.
Useful and engaging training organised into short segments. I particularly liked the encouragement to take breaks.
Good PowerPoints that were clear and easy to understand. Not to long and very informative.
