thought provoking

I've had to do a whole suite of courses this week for work but this was the only one that I actually enjoyed. It was presented clearly without being patronising. I already knew most of the content but the style of presentation ensured that I reflected.

bite sized pieces of succinct and info

Could fit @ my other work commitments of the day as broken up into manageable chunks - loved that I could follow the video and / or transcript - tip top !

Very Good

Very long but very Interesting.

A Good Clear and Concise Course

There is an awful lot of content to take on board. It was however easy to understand and grasp the implications.

Very informative

I have always tried to keep an open mind and learn about different things to what I am used to I had a very good teacher in my Father and Grandmother from a young age, but you are never too old to learn new things and sometimes it is very good to hear other people speak who obviously share my views and portray them in an informative and interesting manner, which leads people to new ideas.

Very Effective Information

This course is a MUST for everyone , the information is presented clear and well delivered - I have learnt a lot from this course , and I thought I knew it all !!! It has provided me with much to think about and 'up' what I already know and do in the work place .

5/5
informative

Whilst the course was informative, it would have been helpful to be able to jump back and forth through sections that had been completed as a refresher if not able to complete the course in one go.

I liked the fabric analogy and visuals.

Part 3.1 Protected Characteristics - Race, ironically has a link to 'Latest Update on Terminology' which recommends using the term 'Ethnicity', not 'Race'.
