I found this course really good and extremely useful.
I found this course easy to follow. The presenters were clear and precise. It was also very good that the presenters suggested taking breaks to refresh the mind.
Leant a lot of things I didn't know and also got clarity on several issues I was unsure of. Definitely useful both in the work place and for everyday living.

The training is easy to follow with clear definitions and examples given. It is well spaced with advised breaks to keep your mind fresh. There is plenty of opportunity to re-watch any areas if you feel you need to. The only reason I didn't give 5* is because of the time delay which was off-putting.

It was good and informative, however for Deaf BSL users too wordy and needs BSL Interpretation. Possible consideration for the future.
