A person can only deliver their full potential when they feel respected and valued. This training has helped me to understand the diversity and to have in account the different circumstances of other people.
I was sceptical about an online course, compared to face to face in a group. I was pleasantly surprised. The video was in bite size chunks and engaging. The only issue I had was I struggle to read white on black so found it difficult to read the questions (they were not available in the transcript).

This training module is very in-depth, it is delivered in a way that highlights the importance and awareness of the EDI policy and what can be achieved by following it.
