Too much information all at one time. Lots of talking. Very difficult to retain. Should be broken up into smaller modules

A common mistake for trainers is to assume too much knowledge or else to drown learners in terminology. This course avoids both pitfalls an presents the information in a logical and engaging way, summarising each section neatly and prviding extra resurces for those who want or need them. I enjoyed this course and learned a lot.
There was a lot of information in this course which was really helpful. Some of the information was new to me, so it was nice to learn something new.
This course was engaging and presented in easy to understand sections with a mix of presentations, graphics and interactive questions. I would thoroughly recommend.
In a positively changing world it is very good to understand developments within equality, diversity and inclusion at the workplace.
