Found the course really interesting and makes you more aware of every day situations that we come across.I will definately look at life a lot differently now. Great eye opener on everyday life.

I really like the way the training is in short bursts with a break in between. I am finding it easy to follow and the content is just right and interesting.

Being told to 'take a break' was most annoying - there is an element of being talked down to throughout the videos. As to the content, OK but gross oversimplifications and a highly biased world view did not help - the idea that we should all be one big happy family is simply not always possible. There are religious beliefs that directly conflict with some of the diversity issues - no mention of how to deal with those conflicts were given.
Most of this I am aware of, however very well presented in easy slides and presentation. I learnt a lot
well delivered. informative and useful.
I enjoyed this module as it was so relatable. I especially like the idea of the 60 seconds of reflection and will adopt it in future.
