useful course highlighting things important in the work place
I appreciated the fact I could manage the flow of this training myself. I find it much easier to take in information when I feel in control of the time and it feels directed to me personally instead of someone just talking at me for an hour.
Informed me of important knowledge I needed ie update to previous training with other organisations

Nice to don't inbthe comfort of being at home rather than a classroom.
Found the course really interesting and makes you more aware of every day situations that we come across.I will definately look at life a lot differently now. Great eye opener on everyday life.

I really like the way the training is in short bursts with a break in between. I am finding it easy to follow and the content is just right and interesting.
