the course was very good as a reminder for what equality, diversity and inclusion cover. Learnt somethings that had changed since the last time, such as married couples can work together and one can be promoted even if their spouse was a direct employee in their team. Things around maternity including maintaining contact and inviting to social events. Also good at explaining things under gender reassignment.
