The Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion training I recently completed provided valuable insights, yet I felt it fell short in terms of engagement and this did not help with the retention of information.

Excellent training Video, very informative and very well explained. Left me with reflective thoughts of my own worked based practices and behaviour and thought of my colleagues work based practices and behaviour. Thank you.

I found the training to be to the point with all the information needed. The break reminders were welcomed and helped to keep me focused throughout.

This course was a well presented course.The two instructor's knew there subjects.It was an in-depth Which I really enjoyed. Kindest regards Ian Ness

I strongly agree that COWI and its employees would benefit greatly if everyone in the organization practices the concepts explained in the course. I hope people would values these highly and treat each other fairly as part of their working lives. Honesty, kindness and inclusion are key to these practices. God bless you !

Very informative & educational

The course provides good awareness for a subject that is often misunderstood or misinterpreted particularly by staff who have not worked in diverse workplaces or not received formal training previously
