Was really informative, increased awareness, easy to go through and well worth doing.

Benefits and Diversity....£1 becomes £4+, I can't remember the exact amount but no time mentioned...Does it become £4+ over night? after Ten years? The comparison is meaningless!
Takes too long - divide into modules.
The landscape has changed of late, with the emergence of non-binary and new genders. With new pronouns too.
