I found this to be a useful and informative course - covering a wide range of topics.I think I am an empathetic person anyway - but still found it useful.Struggled repeatedly to identify which discrimination was being applied in overseas qualifications (whilst recognising that it was discrimination) - so will re-visit! :
Excellent course. Covered the subject area very well and posed some questions to think about going forward.
It provides a good insight to the modern workplace and how to behave towards your colleagues and what to expect from your managers
I have done this course several times in the last few years but I found this the most helpful and easiest to understand.
