A well put together training program

very well constructed and easy to understand, good visuals. One thing I though which was for me an issue was when discussing people gender/ pro nouns, there is a part where the presenter says if you are not sure of someone's gender then don't assume ask them what there gender is and which pro nouns to use. I'm not sure enquiring about someone's gender is relevant to discovering the correct pronoun to use. Some members of the trans community do not have a gender
I enjoyed the training experience. The 60 second reflection prompts were useful, the content and design engaging. I liked that there was only one question every now and then, with a quick test at the end. Felt more supportive this way.
This course was enjoyable and opened my eyes a little more to how I can be more diverse in my working life.

This is a good course, which is both up to date and thought provoking. It invites participants to challenge their ways of thinking about topical and important issues and encourages harmony in the workplace.
