An easy to understand and follow course, with great up to date examples.
Organisations should be diverse and treat their staff the same regardless of our individual needs . All employees should be treated with equal measures and learn to appreciate members of staff regardless of the type of role they perform as they are part of the growth and smooth running of the organisation.
A much more interesting and engaging course than I thought it would be. Easy to absorb information. All employees should take this training.
I thought this was a fantastic exercise, I can really try to improve myself after doing this, and it’s really opened my mind to just think before I speak great work guys

Thought this was generally very good, very current and progressive. Even challenging to organisations in some places which is great from my point of view! Only thing I would do more around is privilege - this is mentioned in the race section but isn't defined or explored and can be a very polarising term. It might be good to include this in the definitions section, and explain how privilege functions.
