What's the point of me ding this course once a year (getting a 20/20 score), when I have been actively discriminated by two very senior members of staff based on a protected criteria, with no apology and no remedial action?

I felt that the course was quite intensive but covered everything that you needed to know and it did make you think what if that was me, as they suggested you do on numerous occasions.
