very good course, informative and clear

I enjoyed the course and found I learnt a lot. Sections are in small videos so that your not overloaded with information which is excellent.

very informative.

A interesting course.

usefull

I felt that it was very basic and the people with a personality type that it could be useful for would dismiss the content, and therefor make it of no worth. I also feel that although inclusion and diversity within the workplace is a good thing, I feel that the fact that people can be disciplined for harassment can be a double edged sword due to the fact that with todays victim culture some people can claim harassment for perceived slights rather than genuine instances. People in todays social and political climate often take offense at another simply not agreeing with them!

1/5
Comprehensive and thought provoking

Having completed many EDI courses in the past, I found this one concise, thorough and delivered with clarity. Some of the more topical areas such as gender pronouns were expertly explained and I felt I learnt a great deal. This course was, without doubt, thought provoking and informative. I recommend it to anyone in any sector.

Clarifies roles and definitions

This course very simply clarifies the legal status and also best practice on workplace interactions. I would like to include it on my companies induction training and retroactively add it to our training register for current colleagues as well.

5/5
Sufficient in scope & depth.

Whilst sufficient in scope and depth, the course should be wary of where it seeks to go beyond the requirements of legislation. For instance, the sections on Social Model of Disability and on Anti-Racism are items that are messaging on a specific social model that may not be agreed (nor welcomed) by all participants. I write this as one who has completed similar level training with 3 other major organisations in the last 24 months: my own employer and 2 clients.

very good

Dyslexic and frustrated

Being dyslexic if found the questions too complex to understand resulting in me spending more time on working out the question than actually learning about the subject in question.

Very good!

Loved this training and how everything was included regardless of how vast a subject it is. Feel very refreshed on all matters relating to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
