I thought that the sub-section of 3.1. "The Protected Characteristics" relating to "Gender Reassignment" was fantastic. As a trans person, I found it refreshingly accurate and inclusive. The section also touched a lot on non-binary identities, which are often sadly overlooked. It was nice to see no emphasis on any specific trans identity, which is wonderfully contrary to a lot of right-wing media which often specifically targets trans women, and conveniently forgets trans men and non-binary individuals exist.
