Very informative ! Thankyou
I really enjoyed the course, it gave a lot of interesting and useful information that is relevant to all activities in everyday life. The presentation of information was varied and kept it engaging throughout. These course have been written very well in that they speak to everyone and use clear language to optimise understanding. I woudl definitely recommend these courses.
Despite always wanting to be compassionate and supportive of others it is always useful to consider areas or scenarios where you may unconsciously be displaying or supporting behaviours that are contrary to this initial good intention

I liked the fact the videos were broken up rather than one long video. It also helped having two different presenters, photos/diagrams and a question at the end of each segment.
