This course is aimed at people in a management situation and not operatives on the tools. Having to sit through countless videos is very tedious.
Having undertaken EDI Training today, I am now more readily equipped to challenge inappropriate behaviour in the workplace, owing to the clear distinctions provided in respect of Inclusion, Equality, Equity and Diversity. Each term was clearly defined and whilst I was familiar with the terms inclusion, equality and diversity, I had not come across equity previously and yet equity is paramount when looking to cater to people with different or specific needs i.e. treating people fairly but differently...
Excellent programme for training as it was easy to follow, straightforward in its training and in conclusion, leads to an advanced educated state in the individual partaking in it.
I found the course interesting and stimulating and I’m glad that I have done it as I now better understand what Equality and Equity means in practice.
Very useful,helps to understand people and their feelings or situations in the workplace.Thankyou.
