What a delight to do a training course that was clearly filmed more recently than the 80s or 90s! Felt really informative and relevant for today, definitely the best work training I've done.
took far too long to complete
This training was excellent .It was all explained very well and it makes us think about how we treat people , not just as customers but people in general from all walks of life.
Clear and concise information given with a good balance of testing.
Some of the questions were a bit misleading and had similar meanings therefore it could be confusing.
