Course was very informative and presenters were clear and professional and explained things well.
It helped me a lot to understand a certain aspect of discrimination
For me I found a need for better explanation of the difference between Equity and Equality? Not sure why I found those particularly hard to grasp! Also, there seems to be a very thin line between bullying and harassment which may benefit from more explanation to avoid confussion?
Brilliant way of educating employees of the importance of working practices and equality in the workplace. Nobody should feel inadequate, under appreciated or victimised at work. We are all the same and should treat eachother with the same respect and goodwill we would like to receive from others.

the 20 question 'test'at the end was insulting and pointless. The questions could be answered on common sense basis without having undergone any previous training .Normally for a multi choice test that least two questions are similar in order to test knowledge . Only one of these answers out of each choice could be correct and as such it appeared to be a tick box test to confirm a knowledge check had been completed rather than something designed to actually test knowledge
