The course seems very basic, and although 'good enough', most people can pass this by just saying what it is they think you want to hear or what they should say. Also, it talks about the different types of discrimination but the examples are too generic, and don't highlight the types of subconcious discrimination that is the real issue. Finally, only needing 60% to pass reinforces my previous point in that, you can guess what you are expected to say and pass with ease. To sum it up in one word: "Pointless."

I have completed many EDI training courses but this one was very good at keeping me interested. Good split of listening, watching and questioning.
