Its not very engaging and is far too long.Maximum 30 minutes long as its a compulsory course it need to be kept short and punchy. Otherwise lose interest.
Clear guidance on the main concepts and principles (e.g. Legally protected characteristics etc).

The emphasis on the instrumental (in this case, connection to profit) value of diversity is unhelpful, because it implies that diversity is not intrinsically good (which it obviously is) - but needs to be justified because of its monetary benefits. The course also confused race and ethnicity several times (e.g. in relation to language).
