I thought the course was set up well at the start and followed through in a structured and clear manner. The situations and examples used were useful.

The course was informative and I learned new things
As someone who gets on with most people in life I found this course one of the most patronising and actually offensive things I have had to waste my time sitting through.
Very clear - Suggestions - delivery is a bit robotic with the sterile background and the speaker is always facing the camera. Vary these and it will be even better!

All of this should be both commonplace and obvious. It's too bad these lessons in tolerance aren't commonplace. These videos are a resource that is beneficial and necessary.
