Thank you

Easy listening and clear

Not very helpful

The presentation from one of the presenters came across as patronising and the presentation could have been much shorter as a lot of what was being said was common sense

It was fine, glad I passed

An hour is very long to be doing this, felt I was hearing the same things over and over. Scary that you can't retake the test - lot of pressure. Relieved I've passed and its all done.

Very Well Presented

Great course, well structured, delivered, clearly explained, easy to follow and understand. The two hosts in the video did an excellent Job. Thanks Matt Derventio - Warwickshire

Very informative

Well presented as usual and easy to follow

Thorough and widely inclusive.

You need to stick with this one, do not multi-task, there are questions after some sessions in addition to the test at the end. It took me nearly 1 hr and 30 minutes. Activate the transcript it does help. Take your time, read the summary at the end of each session. I was surprised at my result, I obviously learnt more than I thought I could. Thank you.

The training was very educational

Reasonable content, flawed execution

As someone who learns best through text, videos are not ideal. But a good transcript was included, which was fine - except that progression through the training was dependent on *video* timings, not *transcript/reading* timings (reading which was roughly 1/3 of the time taken for the video to run). Training must allow a faster clickthrough, paired with a harder test to ensure no wasted time while preventing skipping of training.
