Contradictory, confusing, Truthful

I treat people how I expect to be treated myself, and always believe the best person should get the job, no matter their sex, race or disability. Either everyone is equal or not, so when positive discrimination is implemented to try and balance out, what is seen as an injustice, this can only discriminate against the other people, and devalues the efforts of the ones that have achieved it. I have worked in multicultural environment and it does broaden available solutions, though it also showed that racism exists in all cultures, perhaps it is a human curse.

Educational and practical training

A monochrome perspective of a work environment and how 'everyone' should conform to ensure no one is left feeling any negative aspect of working for a company, based on having respect and presenting positivity towards any protected characteristics. In short the course reflects harmony and how an ideal work environment can be achieved if we all take '60 seconds' of "How would I feel"
