Very informative videos, lots to take on board and gives you time to reflect on other people’s perspective and feelings,
I enjoyed completing this online programme. The programme was presented well with key information which kept me interested throughout. Although I was aware of most of the information provided it was still delivered in a format that enabled me to reflect and develop.

It has been a few years since I had the opportunity to take this course. I am so thankful to have been able to do the course this time as it has given me a refresher of how we can act to improve our sometimes misconceptions. Also an update of the legal duties that also have changed since my last training.
