The course addresses the challenges of new societal norms, which includes people of different gender( male, female, non-binary), race, culture, nationality, background, religion and sexual orientation. The contents of the course have been meticulously designed to promote inclusiveness in the organisation and in a holistic manner to provide competitive advantage.
It shows how to deal with differences in people and to be respectful. However I was disappointed there was nothing on the Menopause which effects a good deal of women in the workplace. An overlooked proportion of the workforce

I would suggest that awareness should definitely be made about Menopause and Periods as these things do greatly effect the way a woman has to conduct her day.
The different speakers for the different sections meant my focus remained high. Clearly explained and the revisiting of the questions helps solidify the learning. Comprehensive coverage.
The course was well presented professionally
to much talking load of rubbish.
