One hour is a long time to take out of a work day but good that I could catch up on another day Well explained perhaps more for a new member of staff. Very detailed and you need quiet to concentrate which is a luxury in fundraising. I hate to admit it - but it was useful and a good refresh

Good that you have to watch it all. You have to do it with no interruptions needs full concentration. Only problem I got to end started test hit button in error took me back to beginning of course had to go through it all again to get back to test. I do feel its better than previous traing we had

Informative, well-paced and produced. However, getting an answer wrong should be taken back to the relevant slide, answer a question and return to the test where they left from - not restarting the whole test! :(
