I thought this was a very good course. I think it would be even better if it was in person and had an opportunity for group discussion. This would build empathy with minorities in the team, by looking at their real experiences and understanding what could be done in this (NUA) work environment.

One hour is a long time to take out of a work day but good that I could catch up on another day Well explained perhaps more for a new member of staff. Very detailed and you need quiet to concentrate which is a luxury in fundraising. I hate to admit it - but it was useful and a good refresh
