The equality, diversity & inclusion training was very enjoyable. It was easy to understand & very clearly explained - vital for such important topics. The additional information links were also very useful. I found the end of course questions to be a little too weighted towards answering correctly - although they did highlight some views that some people express when they hear about, but do not understand, equality, diversity & inclusion.
some of the answers which were deemed incorrect during the main body, were debatable, I felt.

The course has helped me think alot more about all that I have learnt.
I thought this was a very good course. I think it would be even better if it was in person and had an opportunity for group discussion. This would build empathy with minorities in the team, by looking at their real experiences and understanding what could be done in this (NUA) work environment.
