Clear and helpful

The training was comprehensive and clear. Good use of graphics. Helpful as a DBF employee, but made me ponder how much awareness there is of much of this in churches as opposed to workplaces.

Good pace, well segmented.

Very good awareness program for everyone to follow even those living outside the UK. Well crafted short segments that can be self-paced. Simple and practical.

As a bi/pan person, incredibly painful

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, who doesn't identify with their sex at birth and is attracted to everyone regardless of gender identity, having to sit through the parts on Sexual Orientation and Gender identity could only be described as incredibly painful. Not to say that the video was wrong in anyway and I fully understand and support it but maybe giving an option for people who are part of that community and understand it, probably even better than the video goes into, an option to say "I know this, I am part of this group" and allowing them to skip it (Obviously this applies for every group covered in the video as well). Obviously a small gripe that in reality really doesn't matter, but I'd thought I'd just throw my opinion out there.

Great - learned alot

Came to this thinking I knew the territory but this was really helpful in clarifying the legal situation, as well as pointing towards the demands of human decency. I am feeling inspired to explore our policies at work and to encourage a wider conversation towards creating that ideal workplace. The only snag, I thought, was that you couldn't open the additional links in different tabs...so I must find time to go back and explore those as they looked interesting and helpful
